How do the job levels work ?
I thought it was Manager, Senior Manager then Associate Partner then Partner.
Are directors overseeing multiple projects ?

What was the interview process like? Cases? Were they practice specific? General strategy?
So far just behavioral and functional/practice specific questions. Wanted to ensure my background aligns with the work they do. No cases but that could just be because of the group I am going for. I’ve heard mixed responses on whether experienced hires receive case interviews or not
200 for M1, up to 240 max if you have 3 years at Manager or more. That’s absolute max as Senior Director starts at 250
Are these base? What are the corresponding bonus % for an average and top performer? Eg 20-40%?
Is that the Rx group?
