Hi Capgemini people, Till 15th November we have to declare our vaccination status so that they can plan back to office for the employees who are fully vaccinated or having report of not having covid. I am Fully vaccinated but if I declare that I am partially vaccinated will they get to know my bluff? Never want to go back to the office
Never have commuted that route but familiar with many ppl who have. Unfortunately, it’s a common route bc west side is where a lot of the market resides. But no one can afford or wants to live there.
It’s similar to how no one from LA wants to pick up someone from LAX. We will avoid it at all costs. (Source: LA native here)
Yes and some ppl do. But most ppl I met never stay there too long. Quality of life and COL being the biggest factor. But if you have the $$ then by all means, do it. Just my experience.
Live in Echo Park office in Playa Vista on the average it was an hour each way. I got really into audio books and podcasts so enjoyed my time in the car as my “me” time.
2 + hours each way. After two years, it was seriously affecting my mental health. That said, I was the most up to date podcast listener in the USA.
LA is a tough place to put in roots. When we finally did, moving across town might as well have been moving to the moon. Just my experience, though.
