I am in jio as DGM, it's 5 workday for most, and WlB differs based on team
1. I never worked on Sat
2. General management is bad
3. They took 4 months to give me exp letter when I warn to take legal action
4. No team bonding, not happy environment
5. Most of them frustrated due to shitt management. Product manager don't know about technical things & product
6. In my whole year only one person helped me in everything
7. Worst thing is I returned laptop on my own . They didn't mailed me to return which they should do . Figure out where to go in Pune to which person return . It took me 2 days to return as on one day they left office at 5 I was little late & Then 3 days later I get msg from manager you haven't returned laptop 😂
Hey bro I was in Jio last year worked on media platforms.
I got frustrated as they used to work till 8-9. Higher managers take updates on every story from everyone. My college colleague was earning 65-80k/month & Jio was giving us 30k per month (I am from tier 1)
Btw technologies used are best. I learnt & worked on NodeJs, MySQL, Cassandra, redis, Golang, microservice , JWT everything in a year itself. I left Jio & then my Jio colleague (2021) worked on FIFA project .
Jio gives you opportunity which very rare companies can give you in compromise of salaries and WLB.
As I was fresher and worked on best tech I will be always thankful to Jio . If Jio starts giving 30-40 CTC ppl will include it in Indian FAANG list . Our Jio seniors 3-4 YOE switched to top product based company.

I have also heard bad reviews regarding managers but what I think that totally depends upon manager. And no one is going to listen gaalis from managers now a days
Jio wlb is not good. Look for other opportunities also.
Indian product base companies will have very minimal hit in recession vs US and Europe... Let's take a chance otherwise u get 2 years experience..

Corporate companies in Mumbai mostly works 6 days. Even though u r an IT Professional u have to work 6 days of u join such company
Actually I also received offer from Jio and HR confirmed me that it will be 5 days working (Gurugram office)
