Hello Fishes - I have worked in Intel Corporation for a year but not as direct employee. It was my client location. My direct payroll was LNT Services. How can I take benefit of Intel Corporation as I was NOT a direct employee there. Can I mention in my resume. If yes, how and what to mention in my resume?

Hey! Any Google folks know if it’s possible to negotiate fully remote if a contract role is hybrid? Personally, I don’t want to relocate and go to the office on a contract role given the current economy. Plus, I’m assuming contractors are the first to go in layoffs. I just think it’s a fair trade off if I’d be allowed to work fully remote. I’m also trying to have flexibility to manage my Airbnb business in a different country. Same time zone as the home office if I’d travel weeks at a time.

I would text them back and set up a meet with the owner and then ask the owner what the offer is.
I'm interested
This is good news! Tell me more or what would you like to know?
So… They said they were ready to move forward and you didn’t reply? And then you didn’t follow up? Sounds like you should have said “Great! What is the salary for the now position and when would you like me to start?” a LONG time ago. Like, three and a half months ago.
Discussing a new job is a two-way street. You have to actually have a conversation about it, and if you don’t hear anything from them, you should ask.
True to all of your words. With one caveat.
My familiarity with the owner. I have an eight year relationship with the owner that's, in large part, making me react this way. Letting me go, not at all in a bad way, was their decision.
Then a couple years later wanting me back via text and no offer? Aren't they obliged to make an offer great than the past amount? Maybe this is not how it's done. But wouldn't that balance the relationship properly?
The offer would be the unsaid, 'I'm sorry. That was a bad move on our part." To me that would be a well handled intro and then all is golden. Without that on two texts to me, I felt I was dealing with a tiny bit of shade/manoeuvring and just kept the hardball going.
I totally agree with the conversation/two-way thoughts you mentioned. But I know what the owner feels about what I brought and how good it was. Let me correct myself; I can be confident in my guess.
And regarding my very first response, as you say, could have been quick and to the point. And you're right. I think what is pouring over me is my damn experience with them. That this quite aloof/risky style of come-back or lack-there-of is appropriate. I am responding (reacting) to what they are saying. And so far, in true intuition, this silence matches their silence. Correct me if I'm wrong. Thank you CP1. Really,
