In the review cycle of Bain BCN , hikes only happen on promotion or like based on tenure and performance only hike without promotion is there ??

At what point in my career as a receptionist should I consider asking for a raise? After one year? After five?

So I've been at my job for 5+ years as a data analyst/back office support team. I made my way up into making a little over $40k. I've been WFH the past 2 yrs and overtime more than half my team has now been pulled out to work for a diff department which resulted in me taking 90% of our daily tasks to handle. I'm at a point where the salary I'm getting is disrespectfully low for all the work I do. Should I ask for a raise? And if so, how do I go about asking without sounding greedy.

Need some inputs. My BU just went into a reorg which has benefitted me and I got a promise to a fast track promotion within 18 months of my joining. However, I’m passionate about a pm role and have got an offer for a rotation position. I’m not sure how to bring it up to my supervisor considering they made that promise only recently. How would you approach this situation

They were outside candidates and were all hired within the last year and for the same position, and same regional territory. The division I work at seems to have some weird shady Ora’s about it, unexplained spending, intentional lack of raise’s, and pay scales that are all over the map. What can I say to recruiters that will WOW them or replace the fact I have no degree because that’s what most of these company’s require.
