Incoming CMAAS A1 at PwC. What are the average working hours of CMAAS A1? I asked during my internship, but they always said “it varies.” Stopping work ~1am and starting again at ~8am seemed typical for the carve-out project I was on, but the M&A project was 8am-5pm. Clarification, weekly, how much should I expect to be working?

Im starting a new job but still employed somewhere else. I was trying to be open about staying at BOTH places. My current job won’t let me be part time because they don’t allow “set schedules”. Yet I am one of the only reliable and loyal employees in the department, and currently working a set schedule. So why will they not let me continue a set schedule but with different hours? This place is more focused on strict policies and not actually trying to work their employees and being flexible.

The pay is good but I’ve seen a handful of websites with employee rating that is really bad. Each site has roughly 10 reviews but most are negative. Last week I had to explain to my child what “politics” (as in office politics) is. My child is going to a new high school and wants to play volleyball. There was a 3 day open “tryout” for incoming freshman for 2 teams. After the first day, she noticed that

2) some can’t even play and got on the team,
