The issue you face is one of scaling not of rates. You're much better off hiring more staff to deliver more projects simultaneously.

I don’t know what level you are working at or what type of work you are doing exactly. But can tell you that is a low daily rate for most consultant work. And that you are totally booked is a good indicator for you to raise rates. $2400 would still be a low rate at my firm.
I am doing work at the post-MBA level. Ex T2 strategy consultant here.

That feels quite inexpensive tbh. 50k for a 6 week project?
Start charging by deliverable instead. That way as you get more efficient, you'll get better profit on your time.

$200/hr billrate is definitely low
What do you do? What tech Are you consulting on?
This is very low. Client pay ~7-8k per day for a manager from a strategy consulting firm.

I’m hooked. What kinds of clients? How do you get them? Are you an SME or do you deliver it end to end?

Continue increasing rates until it starts impacting bookings. 1900 next. Perhaps 2300 later.
I’m happy for you!
