Check out Kudo Board, I’ve used it for my team when we had to let folks go 😰. It’s a really cool product, allowing for both SlideShare and PDF poster board. You can even pay to have a physical board ship to them as a momentum.

I second Kudoboard! I used it when my manager left for a new job at another company. I even reached out to old team members to sign. You can add pictures, Gifs, and YouTube videos to your message. We added pictures from team happy hour and the company holiday party. She was totally surprised and cried happy tears.
