First question here. B Business Applied Finance degree, finished by the end of 2020. I have experience in multiple roles in different industries, customer service 10+ years experience. I started a new job in a private lending company 6 months ago, excelled in everything and I’m doing everything from managing client enquiries to credit applications and enquiries, financial analysis. It’s a small company and you must work around the clock. I’m currently at $70k and I’m trying to negotiate to $85k

When traveling for a conference or networking (not actual client work), what is the travel protocol? Business class? First class?

Advice for trying to go in house or client side? Recruiters don’t have many of these positions...

When I look for jobs as Java developer, why many of them asking me about the devops? Docker, kubernetes etc...why it's necessary for a developer ? Project may have a seperate operations team to manage it right ? Or anyway I need to learn it to survive ?

The same thing happened for me in 2018, Initially I gave Interview for infy got offer from them after that I joined in TCS. Hi fishes, my previous employer has not given me the money for Earned Leaves, they are saying it's not in their policy.. I have a variable bonus of 100000. Out of this they have given only 19,000 in the month of December after 6 months of joining...But they are not giving me any bonus after completing 1 year and 2 months.. They have stopped my appraisal as well...

So in total, I lost my appraisal money, bonus and Earned Leaves money... I feel betrayed and cheated...
