Interview coming up for Senior Manager role in Corporate Strategy group of a F500 company. Is there typically a case-based portion of the interview at this level?

Late 30’s with a couple of kids. Is it worth it for me to seek a CS degree at this time/soonish? I’m not afraid of the extra work, and would go part time. Wondering if the eventual payoff would worth the effort. Will I level up quicker? Employer has partial tuition reimb.

Seeking advice: I am a young sales consultant and sales engineer working for a tech startup company. I have 6 years of sales experience. And I have been helping run my family business for the past 10 years. I was intially interviewed for a senior account executive position at a $70k offer. Instead they told me I needed more training and hired me as a Junior account executive at a $50k salary + commission. Today is my 6th month mark and I have done very well. Wondering what people think about my situation. I’ve been offered a role with a company. The job description didn’t mention college degree as a requirement. On my CV I have a section listed as “Education” and under it I have “Business Studies” with the university name and the 3 years that I attended the course (2.5 to be exact). It’s a 4 year degree and under this I have my High School equivalent with the years I attended there. The education wasn’t mentioned in the interviews. Continued below.

I have a good reputation and setup at my firm and am on a great track to make Manager in 1-2 years. However, no one has heard of my firm and am really interested in a M7 MBA before I'm 30 (so enroll in 2-3 years). What is more valuable for an MBA: making manager at a no name firm or the "prestige" of having Deloitte on my resume?
