Cleared both Technical and Techno-Managerial rounds with strong feedback. Package was discussed the same day, and HR verbally confirmed selection. Four days later, got a rejection email citing "business approval not acquired" — no reason given, and BGV hadn't even started. Strangely, I received a BGV initiation mail after the rejection mail. Has anyone else faced something similar? Trying to understand what actually happens on the business side in these cases.

Salaries would be comparable (Lilly would most likely be a little more with bonuses), but if the culture sucks, I’d hate to burn a bridge with Envigo.

Is it a wise decision to move from big4 to WITCH companies or mid sized product companies like Arrow electronics, Emerson just for the sake of pay rise.
