Any resume site / recommendations for an analytics focussed resume I could get some inspiration from?

Been on my job for 7+ years - a bit lost as to articulating my experience effectively. I have a resume, but don't think it strikes a chord with recruiters.

Is pwc typically slow at the hiring process? I’ve been “under review” for almost 2 months. Am I screwed?

I have my first round interview (phone case) with McKinsey tomorrow. Any tips on what to expect with the phone case? Will there be an introduction (elevator pitch + why McKinsey?) or will they jump straight into the case? It’s only 30 mins.

Hey everyone - I could do with some advice. Not sure what I am doing wrong, but I am having a hard time getting interview calls. I am trying to pivot from consulting to the industry and targeting project/program management roles. I have been doing this work for 7+ years now (total YOE 12 years) so certainly have the right skillset. I have tried a couple of referrals too but that didn’t help either. Any advice you guys could provide would be helpful. Thanks!

Interviewed at Deloitte 1.5 weeks ago, how long to follow up?

5th September is my last working day at Infosys. Yoe=4+ yrs
Tech= aws devops
I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

Should i join KPMG?

I applied for a job within my unit that I do not qualify for. Now, I have an interview for this job. Me knowing I do not meet most of the qualifications for this position has my imposter syndrome thinking I shouldn’t even do this interview because it would be a waste of time. Has anyone felt this way?

If I did good on the first two interviews but just “okay” on the more technical third interview do you think I still got the job?

Is it a norm to send a thank you note through your recruiter? I had an iffy interview, and wondering if I bother sending a thank you note. It was very clear that they were trying to do a stress interview so I feel weird saying the usual nice things.

What are the hours like for a program manager in the Bay Area?

I am having 5+ years of experience in automation testing, i m currently having 15.6 LPA, my manager has proposed my name for promotion and will be scheduling interview for it.

How much CTC can we expect or ask ?

So I'm new to IT field and got only 1 year experience in automation testing using Tosca, I got training in java and selenium and I studied selenium myself in free time to learn more in testing, I'm thinking to make a switch next year. @PPMDs, what are your thoughts on the current/impending COVID specific layoffs at your firm?

E.G. Glad for the opportunity to reduce the headcount of mid performing SMs with little/no chance of making PPMD? Sad to see a firm you’re a part of undergo such unforeseen circumstances?

Is there any advice for networking into projects when you don’t know many people at the firm yet? I always to help on BD work when I’m on the bench, but it never turns into any billable work. Every time I have talked to a partner/senior manager I was told I don’t have the skill set they’re looking for, but I don’t know how to build up from there. Feeing very lost but I want to improve my approach.

Is SWORKIT good?

We use Deloitte India for a number of parts of our delivery. Recently I have seen some unethical practices that violate labor laws and do not align with Deloitte principles. My manager says it isn’t my problem as they are a vendor but I can’t help thinking I have an ethical responsibility to do something. Any advice as to how to approach this without being fired?
