Oh my god, really? I have anxiety for you my friend.
Wtf is a case
Do cases with consultants you can find through your personal or school alumni network. Also do cases with people on skype through preplounge.com. Practice is key
Second preplounge. It'll be a lot of Europeans that are probably not that good but you'll get the rhythm and cadence down.
Check w your alumni career center and ask to be put in touch w other people who are prepping for consulting.
Victor Cheng has a program called "look over my shoulder". This is my personal favorite and it does a great job of showing what a good case looks like.
Good luck!
Lol BA3.
OP, cases aren't super hard but do take a lot of practice to get into a rhythm. I hated them because they felt like such a stupid judge of whether someone can do this kind of consulting, but it is what it is. Anyway you definitely need to take the week off to do a ton of practice of this is your first time doing it. You need to at least do some reading online about a solid framework to use for your cases and use that for all your practice so you get better at doing it naturally. I flubbed mine and still regret it so I really wish you the best in trying to get ready. Good luck!
I did cases at Booz when I joined.
It's simple. You have to work through a problem and create a framework and walk your panel through your thinking.
My case during the Booz interview was about consolidating the backend of operations of a two banks after a merger. I don't think it'll be any more complex anywhere else. Just be up on your frameworks and do mental math.
If all else fails, wing it.

How did you get into Booz Allen never doing a case?
I got into Booz without cases as well.
@PwC it would be most likely health related with my background. Bethesda (local) - 1st round, Boston office - 2nd round
BAH doesn't do cases
In all realness, I would really try to push the interview back if you have only 1 week to prepare. Perhaps connect with this BCG fellow and see what he/she thinks. I’m prepping for some interviews as well and am giving myself about 1 month.
Idk what BCG’s policy is but if you interview and don’t get it you may have to wait an extended period of time before you can apply again.
Which practice? Where are you interviewing?
@OP, I’m in the same boat. You have a burner? Let’s do a case this week.
Honesty, see if you can defer a couple weeks. Tell them the situation.
Second asking to push your interview back. Whatever consequences that would have, wouldn’t be as bad as completely blowing your chances by not performing well during the cases. Also even if you make it past first round by winging it, the following rounds with more senior folks come soon after. Good luck and congrats on getting an interview!
