Interviewed at EY last Friday. When should I expect the result?

Looking for advice. These are the highest priority offers I am holding and around 15 days NP left now. I am planning to finalise the company from these offers. Help me with the selection based on Job Security, WLB, Designation Offered, Growth(both learning and financial), Brand Value etc. TIA.

Hi. I am desperate to change jobs. I have two offer in hands: Deloitte Hyderbad on a contract basis with 15% hike and KPMG Bangalore FTE with 25% hike. I like Deloitte as a brand better.
None of of these two companies are willing to offer more saying that they have a tight budget.

Which one should I take? Please help me decide.

I have an offer from a tech company and want to leave my current employer. I am worried if I tell my upcoming employer about being currently on OPT they will freak out and take back their offer even doh I can work and don’t need their sponsorship.
