Hi Everyone! I have been working in Salesforce for about a year now. But I am not enjoying my work as it's mainly on backend. I have been wanting to move to Web Dev. But someone suggested that like if I like frontend I should try LWC instead as I'm already into Salesforce. So I'm quite confused which way should I go. Can anyone help me with the same Tata ConsultancyAccentureDeloitteZS AssociatesInfosysSalesforceSalesforceAmazonMicrosoft

You should ask for a SC role
Adding to this good advice: after your interviews the interviewers come together with HR and decide 1) whether to move forward with the hire, and also 2) if the level is correct. For 2), I've seen many people get down-leveled but never up-leveled (other than to get marked as 'higb in level'). So you're better off stretching to the higher position as you go through the same interview process (same questions, same case, etc.), but the end result could be better.
