compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover

How does continuous testing for the CPA work? I am currently registered for the State of South Carolina, which has not begun continuous testing, but I take my exams in a state that has it. Industry accountant with 5 YoE, can move into senior position with $100k base, or lateral move into big 4 as associate in assurance AWM.

I recently sign a lease. The apartment will put my security deposit into an interest-bearing account and requires me to fill out a form W9. I will join EY this June and just wondering if this is ok in terms of the independence rule. I guess the apartment will put my deposit in some sort of funds. Anyone with EY has experience? Reading the independence brochure, looks like it does not specify something related to this scenario but just wanted to confirm . TIA!
