I went for 3 interviews with a company met with vp and was given package thinking I aced interview there was another candidate 😞 the other person for the job. The VP calls me to tell me I didn’t get position however he wants me to re apply in new year that something else will be open, and that he wanted to keep a copy of my resume what does this mean ? Mastercard- 308000(including 2.80lakhs variable)

I am really confused between these two companies, I heard WLB is very good in Mastercard, but again their salary difference is too much.
