Interviewing for a Program Manager role at FAANG/MANGA(?). 5YOE in consulting after college. Offer is Base 135k, $147k equity vested quarterly over 4 years, 15-20% performance bonus, sign on 12k in HCOL. I think this is very competitive and I feel very fortunate, but I’m from a cheap affordable city. How good/bad is this TC for San Jose and neighboring areas?

What’s the base for CL8 (CDO)? Glassdoor doesn’t seem accurate, as it pegs CL8 at 56k. Currently a CL9, on 52.5 in London. Promoted from CL10 last year too, so still a fairly new CL9.
