Interviewing for a role in industry that they outsource provision and compliance work, so role would be a SM role to oversee third party provider, and manage that process. Anyone have a familiar role that can say what their day to day is?

What is the salary range for lateral entry employees who has 8 + years of experience? Role is level 9 and Technology stack is pega.

I recently switched job and joined another B4 firm. As part of the hiring I was promised with a sign on bonus. Now I have received the sign on bonus twice, in back to back paychecks. I know I have to somehow return the second bonus to the firm. Does anyone know how taxes work on this? As both the bonuses were tax deducted prior to deposit, when I return amount do I need to pay back the withheld taxes to the firm as well? Asking as the amount is big and don’t want to go in the IRS route. TIA.

I’m wondering what is the best way to approach the topic of getting on the full salary/hours. Do I wait until the bonuses are given at the end of my first year? Or bring it up at mid-year review? I’m having trouble working in Tax. I’m overwhelmed and am feeling like I’m not producing my best work.
