Interviewing for jobs - could use help in preparing to answer questions such as why are you leaving PwC or what were your roles and responsibilities (I should know this but formal wordings may help)

Just copy and paste the audit plan steps you did on your last few audits. Then when you get the interview talk about some of the stuff and try to divert the conversation to football. You should be in the clear after that.

Hi there - wanted to get your views on TikTok as an employer/organisation in comparison to the other media tech companies - does it have credible kudos, prestige and reputation?

I am currently interviewing in the hope having TikTok on the CV could help boost my credentials for future MAANG roles?

Other TikTokers share their experiences and perks of working there?

Truly grateful for any insight.

Thanks

In CA: PC bought condo while with gf, then quitclaimed it to her via quitclaim deed and sold it to her for $100k, which they put in writing. Fast forward they broke up and PC tried to get his $100k from her and filed suit but her attorney is saying that since he quitclaimed the property to her he has no rights including no rights to the breach of contract claim. This doesn’t seem right but I’m having a hard time finding caselaw that directly says this. Any help will be appreciated!

Looking to get some feedback on this investment strategy: Contribute 100% of the allowed limit in ESPP program(15% of base) to get full company match(15% of my contribution). Sell it on the same day it vests(vests starting of every month) and then invest that money in vgt and voo. I understand the short term tax implications but still feels it is better to invest in etf than in company’s stocks. Thoughts?

I am selling house and remodeling both master bath and kids bath. Got quote for 29k for both and I buy floors and cabinets.question is I have a very big whirlpool tub and tiles around it discolored. It’s a hassle to lift it up change the tiles and fixtures and put it back. It’s old but works great. Remodeling ppl recommend get rid of it, give space to buyers if they want to buy standalone tub. I thought it adds value to have whirlpool tub. But can’t even change fixture. Should I get rid of it?
