I am currently working as a PayPal AWF/CW in contractor's payroll for the past 3 months. I heard many got converted from AWF to FTE. So what is the process for FTE conversion? Should I clear some Interviews? Also how much would the salary increment be? On par with regular hiring? Any minimum time limit of being in AWF before FTE conversion?

I got a offer from @indegene for the role of Senior Manager and designation is B3 they are offering me a CTC of 33 LPA ( Fixed + Variable). No Joining bonus

I have an overall 10 years of Experience and an MBA from Tier 1 college, from reading online I feel that the Salary I am being offered for the role is less.

I am happy with the designation, can someone guide me on the salary range for Senior Manager

I recently switched to a developer role in a product based company from a support engineer for past 4 years in a service based company. I got a good hike as well.

What do you do when you feel the goalpost has been/is being moved re: billable requirements? Like there's a spoken vs unspoken? I chose this job based on billables vs salary and what I'm being told I'm expected to do now is 20-30% (at least) > than what was initially agreed upon. Given my other life responsibilities, this is creating a huge strain & I feel like this is slowly getting harder & harder on my spouse & kids. I'm grateful to have lots of good work but not sure how to course correct.

Hello, I am a junior business administrator working in advisory operations. I have been with the company for 6 months, and was employed along with 2 other colleagues. I have picked the job up really fast and am even doing some “extra curricula’s” I really love my job. However I have recently found out I am being paid the same as an apprentice on my team, I usually do at 3 x the work he does whilst also doing my Cert CII. Tiger Analytics has started firing their new joineers(freshers) as they don't have adequate projects. I don't know where the freshers will go as they haven't done any project as such.

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected. How long do y’all like resume bullets to be? I know to keep them to 1-2 lines and to keep the resume to 1 page but I’m conflicted about how to balance details vs white space. I’m in product and see some resumes with bullets averaging 5-10 words that state “Manage roadmap for $200mm product” while others use ~20 words per bullet and highlight product info, process, or impact in a bit more detail.
