I have an initial recruiter phone interview with Square Thursday. Is it it just a phone call or is it a video call and they didn’t specify. If it’s a video call what’s the dress code like? I’m coming from consulting so all my interviews were in suits. Any tips to get past the recruiter phone screen?

Hi Fishes, Sometime back I was interviewed for Technical Support Job role in my domain. T1 went well. T2, in my understanding was better only (not great like T1 but not blunder. I felt it was nice and i replied majority of questions). They released the feedback after 10 days with "Not Positive". I am not totally sure with feedback as I replied majority of questions correct. I am being bit curious with "Microsoft" tag. What can be the reason?
Discussion appreciated.

You should be fine. The audit partner won’t care. Also, you can ask the company to ask the audit partner to keep it confidential.
Thanks. The interviewing company said they thought the audit partner would have to alert others and possibly all other partners in my office which was kind of alarming.
I got a job with the audit client (I am in tax), and the company did not care at all. But when I did exit interview with HR, HR said they might need to inform the audit partner (HR was not sure if that's necessary though). I think you should be fine. If you are in big4, all large companies are clients in many different areas.
The company is my current company (industry). HR or industry overall does not know much about the audit. So I am surprised that your new employer asks about it. Anyway, you will be fine. Congrats!
