McKinsey & Company McKinsey & Company I have my first rounds (2 cases) for a position at the risk practice. Will I be interviewed by consultants in the risk practice? I wonder if I can ask some risk practice specific questions at the end of the interviews. (Didn’t get the names of the interviewers yet so I cannot google)

Enough work for today, Dad. Let’s snuggle.

Need advice. I’m a super senior content EP at a well known agency in the U.S., where I’ve been for quite some time. Checked out http://Glassdoor.com, and I make at the high end of the ranges for similar agencies. In the past year I’ve also taken on additional responsibilities (outside of traditional EP duties) that have doubled my workload and raised my profile quite a bit. How should I go about brining up a sizable salary bump (some creatives and even planning peeps earn more with much less responsibility)?

I work there currently. I don’t have unlimited PTO so maybe that’s just that department? We are fully remote which deff helps with WLB. I don’t have any insight into their sales team so that might be a different ball game but I do have great benefits although the communications between teams can be difficult sometimes. Not bad though! I’d recommend looking through the reviews on Glassdoor, I think it just really depends on the department.
Four years! And yes in my experience they really push for development. A lot of the internal positions I’ve noticed though are a ton of AVP, VP, managerial roles. I’ve noticed that networking is super key here and especially to get you promoted or hired in other departments. Its really to get the advantage of applying for internal positions before they’re posted. I don’t hate it, but I don’t love it. This is also my first corp job though so I can’t really compare it to other companies. Over all it’s really not bad, and you get to put a big firm on your resume which will help in the long run! Ive deff seen an improvement over the years with company culture and our execs really listening to our feedback and what we want, so I’m sure it will continue to improve.
Everything I have heard has been positive. Very good culture, benefits, WLB
I have heard really good things about them. I had a friend who worked there and she said the culture and wlb are great. She also said the benefits are good.
