i would check levels. they usually are more specialized for tech comp.
Perhaps your focus should be on what you can produce for Intuit instead of your seemingly narrow personal focus? Why would Intuit or any Company offer such a start without bringing you into their multi-cultural approach in the financial services market? Unless you have significant specific skill sets, then I would request a 5 year RSU build -up based on performance which might result in double your total compensation without increasing the annual salary budget for this department within Intuit. Otherwise, you fall into the compensation trap where your annual salary becomes a potential target and, you lose out on the long-term growth potential with Intuit.
