Bain & Company Invited by Bain & Company to apply about a month ago for an AC position after making it to final round last year. I have ~6 months Big 4 strategy experience, coming out of a top 10 undergrad. Would anybody be willing to speak about the process with me and how this application process might look different from a typical undergrad recruiting cycle? Also, would it be worth it to throw in an application to McKinsey & Company and/or Boston Consulting Group, even though I never interviewed with them?

PWC - 22L fixed

This is for a guidewire role.
Which is a better offer? What would be a good option for growth wrt role, salary etc.
Also, PWC claims to offer variable based on their fixed CTC based on the ratings.. is this true ? How much is the avg percentage given?
