About to head to the HC for a role in ProdOps and Strategy in Mountain View. 4 YoE at MBB, no competing offers. Recruiter gave me a form that asks expected comp.
Levels.fyi has only PM salaries. I haven’t been told the level but expect it to be L4.
What total comp would you expect for this role? Any advice would be super helpful, as I’m a bit lost.

Eh it’s average. I wouldn’t do it just for the comp. If the new role is something you want, sure.
Exp associate to Senior accountant
No idea not sure how much they pay for Senior
It’d shoot for at least 30% considering you’ll get around a 20% raise on your senior promo
93k is poverty wages unless you live in rural West Virginia nowadays 😞
Assuming you are HCOL, youll problaby reach 90k by August as a S1. Might be worth it to keep searching for a better opportunity... 105k, remote, etc.
I started at 67k in HCOL 1.5 years ago. Now at 88k in different service line and I expect to reach 105k in August
Mcol S2 is 93.5 and then with bonuses and rtr etc its more like 98/100.
What title?
That’s a nice raise, but whats your progression at your current firm?
No
Not worth it
