Depends on the opportunity cost really

Don’t mess with our quotas por favor 🙏

But yea it’s a good exit and tech gives you more leeway to move around

Sounds good. What does the role actually entail day to day?

Serious q: I'm choosing between a two BI/Ops type roles, one in a FAANG in Dublin, one in a less-known corporate in London (where I'm currently based). FAANG pays 70% more and is a more interesting / more senior role, but I'd prefer staying in London where all my friends are / where it's warmer and sunnier. I'm pretty sure I'm gonna take the FAANG role, but has anyone else struggled with this type of career vs. personal life trade-off, and how did you reason about it?
