How is the hike and bonus guys
Hi all,
I have a offer from Perficient and joining in 2 months time. Question :
1: how is the company in terms of job security and projects? I work with web analytics
2: How is the hike and work life balance.
3: Attrition rate
4: Hike is good but will it be a safer vet like Accenture Operations?
Need some views from people working there.
Thanks in advance.

To everyone saying this is really low, you're not wrong. However, the reality is that Deloitte is currently paying high 60s to S2 in tax, so 85 is expected for a home grown M1. If you are an external hire, then def push for more.
Agreed. I would say home grown managers in this COL are 85-95 nothing more. Senior manager here.
I'm also in ATL. I knew homegrown S3s making 72 so your number sounds reasonable. Not great but you are not the only one in the boat. You can definitely do better if you're looking elsewhere though.
Accurate. Deloitte pay band for homegrown managers are really low. I am in HCOL and I think it is reasonable based on what Deloitte pays.
Chief
Bro that is senior money
I’m going into A3 and getting 85k with the raise. I’m in NYC though
Noooo. At least 100.
This salary also comes with a $25 Waffle House gift card every week. It’s called passive income. Look it up people. It’s not all about the first number.
According to that other manager from Phoenix or whatever, managers as a whole are underpaid...big 4 or otherwise.
Jesus no. I make 20k more than that as a senior in Charlotte.
Ain’t no way you’re pulling $105k as a senior in Charlotte at PwC.
Uh I make that much as an associate. You can go way higher
I’m a financial analyst (non senior) in Atlanta making close to that. Def not reasonable for you
No
Yeah totally agree with the Deloitte 1 above - for home grown experienced Seniors and first year managers, 85k in LCOL area isn’t unreasonable (but still, underpaid). But this just gives you more reasons to look for opportunities outside, so you know what you are worth. And don’t do hard work for free.
I agree, that’s why I said it’s underpaid. But when you’re homegrown, they do tend to pay you less than the same level of experienced hire outside, even firm in the same tier.
Senior in bay is making 95k...
Bay Area is def a different cost of living to ATL though.
I make 115 as an advisory first year senior if that helps
Digital Controllership. DM for a referral
I’m an S3 there making 77. Oh so excited to see what my promo will be…..
I came in as a M1 external hire to PwC a couple years ago and got $105K. I think the homegrown people were at $95K.
I am S3 and the base is 82k, Philly
I’m an M3 making $106 in tax in the Southeast if that helps for reference
I honestly have no idea as I’m only a Senior 2; just based off of my rough estimates of what I anticipate salaries would look like at different levels moving up I would expect to be over $106 once reaching M2 in audit (this is in Atlanta)
I make 75 as a SA in Central Fl
Same city. Did a year of audit, jumped ship and am making $95k. Still in same city. You can pm me for info
