Is anyone hiring SAAS/HCM AEs or BDMs for a base 90k+?

Moved from the southeast and my company is getting sketchier by the day. I have 5 years of AE/BD experience (though admittedly for kind of a noname brand out here) and I keep getting rejected. Would love some insight on the market here!

What’s the best practice for giving notice. Is it suggested to wait till the employment verification from employer abroad (from few years back. For e.g India stint) clears if rest of the background check has cleared.

A little frustrated that I have friends who persistently ask for discounts or free products. If you can't actually support my business when it's just getting started, wait until you can instead of asking me to lower my prices for you.
