Hi Parents - My 6 yr daughter has started to develop some skin discoloration on face. It started sometime last year & we went to multiple dermatologist. They mentioned it to be pityriasis alba which resolves in few months to an year. However this has increased a bit since last year & when we saw our dermatologist again this year, he still thinks it is alba but mentioned it could be vitiligo as well. He didn't give any medicine but checking if anyone has success with home remedies with this. TIA

I am a part of wipro DOP (MDPS) as a senior associate since october 2020 and joined as a fresher back then. I am now being pushed to take up as a TL because of my performance and contribution to the project management. However i feel with just 2 years of experience if i take the position i might have to stay much longer in the company than i intend to as a minimum requirement for position of TL elsewhere is 4 years of experience as associate. Also what is the salary slab one should get as a TL?

Till now, HR did not respond anything, no response even after pining him in teams

My manager also has not initiated resignation process from his end. (I have seen few blogs where people mentioned like manager will initiate the seperation process within 3days of resignation)
