Beige flag. I will be the judge of company culture! I’m really less interested in culture being amazing and just want it to not be toxic and awful.
Ha beige flag is a new one to me! But I feel the exact same, as long as it's okay, that keeps me happy
I would consider it a neutral flag, It's not something I would really worry about either way. It has become just one of those things that people say without really putting meaning behind it. I am much more concerned about how will they come back that up. Can they give examples of prioritizing work life balance?
I think I feel the same, people say it to really advertise the company but if everyone does it, does it lose its meaning completely?
It’s not a red flag but I don’t always believe it, sometimes a “good company culture” can actually be very cliquey which is never fun.
I agree too, you really want something middle ground
