I was at a place where a noticeable amount of people meet, dated, married, and both kept working there after. Surprised they didn’t have a chapel.
as long as you’re not their manager shouldn’t be a problem
It really depends on the company's policies. Some places have strict rules about dating coworkers, especially if it involves a direct reporting relationship. It’s worth checking your company's HR guidelines to see what’s allowed. If it’s not explicitly prohibited, just make sure to keep things professional!

Most places don’t have rules unless you’re a subordinate or their manager
I don't think it's an issue here as long as the relationship would be between equal-level employees. I think it becomes problematic if it's between a manager and a direct report. I don't think any of my coworkers have been romantically involved with each other during my time here, but who knows, maybe they're just really good at hiding it.
