Is it good to join Globant if the offer salary is good?

I understand they didn't had salary hikes but if the client interview is done , client BGC is underway, it's a long term 2+ year project

2days WFO hybrid role ?

If all points related to tech stack project salary are good then should I join globant?

Hey dude/dudette here are some pointers to keep in mind before you decide
Pros
Not much work life problem, no accountability (if you not leadership) for work, timely salary(last day of the month) fuseball table ps4 massage chair and evening snacks( poha vada and other items) welcome lunch is the same lunch from the canteen free coffee and tea.
Cons
No hikes
Townhalls/all hands is all about it AI
No question answered about hikes
No promotion criteria fixed, managers are biased
Tcbp team behave all helpful but are clueless about their own policies.
Self paid goa trip
Mostly no team dinner or parties
No onsite
No you can decide

In short if I don't have any other option n if I want to switch then yes I can join globant is what I can infere here

Well its worse than any other service based company, but if you feel you got a good offer, join and after 1-2 years you can decide

Well as per my experience the worse thing is studio intiative and leaders, you have a career leader and a gx leader, who wont do much but oush for idiotic trainings, if you are lucky you will find good ones.
Promotio n process is comolicated, tvey say its continuous promotion but there is no definite criteria for promotion.
There are short term projects, once you are on bench you have to prepare for i terview or learn other tech according to project avaibility, interview are similar to any other job interview.
Evaluations: performance evaluations mostly does not cover your inputs, feedbacks from carrer leader and lead will be taken, if they are useless the your ratings will be useless.
No 360 deg feedback, you cannot give proper feedback on managers and leaders

you should ask minimum of 40 lpa

Looking for advice - I doubled my scope in the last few months, and have been seeking a promotion and raise to match my increased scope. I have been offered a job at KPMG within cyber security in the uk. Originally it was a 25% hike offer. Now I have received a 8% hike at Deloitte as part of the current performance cycle along with a 5k bonus (great incentives every year) The only thing is KPMG is offering this in a @kpmg regional location where I’m based plus the disadvantage is I need to pay 2500£ for my dependent visa costs which I can save if I continued with Deloitte. Seen Lot of negative comments about KPMG. Any thoughts ?
