Is it just now or thoughtworks never take exit interviews ?? I was informed I was being let go two weeks back and then i did my exit formalities last week but I didn't get any exit interview. I had so much to say, is this how the process has been or is it just something for these recent layoffs ??

Is chasing promotion is a losing game? Is it better to get the experience I need for the exit instead of just killing myself doing everything the firm wants me to do so they can consider promoting me?
