Hey what’s Tuck like to go to
I just received my offer letter for PwC! I am nervous about needing to take time off, which I told the recruiter up front about, along with specific dates. I understand accruing time, but he said to not worry about it, it won’t be a problem. If I do not have the 3 weeks needed for PTO, can you use your sick leave, or go negative in PTO?

Hello Fishes,
Helping my friend gathering data.
Can anyone tell me how well CitiusTech pays salaries for onsite opportunity. Is it worth it given all the expenses. He has a offer of around 16 LPA with YOE 7+ Automation Testing. He is expected to get more offers. Will it be worth it to stay back in India or US?

You can say that you were working on your startup idea instead of saying a break. Recruiters understand that startups can fail and so he is looking for a new job.
I totally agree , startup ideas usually calls for extra questions. Why take the extra stress, say you took a break due to personal or family issues
You cn do it
But u ll need to answer the new employer
Take a break man! I did too. If your interviews are good then frankly no one cares. Just say the truth!
You can do it
People are desperate for immediate joinees
They are not asking too many questions
My friend has gap of 2 years he gave random answer for his gap and then no one asked him second time again
One of my friend had a gap around a year after leaving his previous job and got into a good firm few months back. So yeah it's totally fine. Just be confident on your reason.

Nothing is necessary. People do it in India too.
It’s tough in the US because health cover is tied to employment. No such issues over here or in Europe / Canada, etc. for citizens and permanent residents.
