4YOE @Amazon & trying to lateral to a similar role @FAANG. Have my undergrad GPA (3.8/4) on resume from top 15 school but colleague says to take it off (looks silly). If it’s a good school & high GPA, why ever take it off your resume? Even if 10 YOE...can’t hurt?

Interviewed for 2 jobs I am highly interested in. One offered the job already, but the other one hasn’t made a decision yet but should this week. I have until tomorrow to accept the offer but would like to work for the other company if the compensation package is better. Any advice? I don’t want to accept and then have to cancel, but there’s no guarantee the other job will hire me either. 😩

I just had a first round interview with BCG, I did ok in one of the interview and did great in the other one. What are my chances of moving to the next round? More info: Based in Canada, there are two 45 mins interview for first round.

Round or exact numbers on banners/LPs? I was curious about this since in negotiations for example or pricing it's better to have the exact number. But if you have a case study, for example, is it better to say "Client X increased their revenue to 1,000,000 ARR" instead of "Client X increased their revenue to 987,500 ARR" ? Left McKinsey for a Fintech corporate last year. Really disappointed to see bonuses given out (cash is equivalent to half month salary, equity vested over 5 yes also not great) after getting the 5/5 rating and business doing well overall. Doubting my decision to come to industry. Is this the norm? Feels really low as historically variable has been a big enough component for me to pay down loans/invest.
