If you already have previous stamping in home country, I read that Canada is now doing a drop box without having to attend interview
As far as I know, they are doing for H1B and H4’s. Not sure of L1 visa
I recently emailed a lot of canadian embassies and said they’re not ready to entertain non-canadians even for just h1b visa stamping. But maybe they changed it? I emailed last month.
I do believe that the US consulate usually closes down in summer. It isn't always but I dont know what the covid protocol is
Do you need a Canadian visa to enter Canada for H1b stamping? I know you don’t need a Mexican visa to stamp in Mexico but not sure if it applies to Canada as well
