Is it true that Qualcomm is on the hiring freeze? Gave two interviews, one didn't go well, so not expecting anything in return. Another went well. But i didn't hear back from HR in both cases. They are neither replying to mails nor picking calls.

Got to know from someone else that they've put a freeze for all entry level hiring as of now. Could someone please confirm this?

Does anybody know how much it takes to receive Revised Offer letter from Mindtree ?
I had a discussion with the recruiter on 6th May and he agreed to send the revised offer letter, but I am still awaiting it. The recruiter is not receiving my calls, not replying to my sms and emails as well.
Not sure what to do in this scenario.

Is it misleading to just look at Total Compensation from a $ dollar value/ Total Compensation seems to be much more subjective than base salary in terms of its value. Some factors might be:

RSUs granted on dollar value or by # of shares & stock price trends
Vesting schedule
strike price on ISOs & delta between strike price and real market value

For instance, most of value in Amazon's comp seems to be granted in years 3 & 4, but it's well known that most people last only 2 years max there.
