Is it true that your first two years are static and you can’t get promoted? I already fulfill all SSS requirements, but was downgraded at SS by recruiter by the promise that I can get promoted within a year since promotion cycle is twice a year? I feel awfully betrayed when my coach said first two years are static. Any experiences?

I‘ve joined Globant 3 months back. They have offered me very good CTC & the position is Senior Developer. I’m on bench till date & there are few more too.
