Is it unusual to have a 3 months notice period as an AD? I’ve been passively looking for a new gig and every recruiter I speak to seems very surprised about that. I also feel like no one wants to pay any more than my current salary of £55k (my current agency included) even though I’ve been an AD now for almost 3 years. I ignore most LinkedIn messages from recruiters because they say the salary is “up to £45k”. Feeling trapped with nowhere to go. Any advice?

And now I have been asked to wait, HR says they will raise again. And its been 3 days now I can not accept the previous offer also and I cant even resign from my current company. What should I do?
