I've already had three work-related heart attacks today

For those of you on medication, how do you manage delayed flights causing you to miss appointments? Often, cancellation policies are strict, expensive, and require several days notice.

Received my first prenatal massage at 19 weeks today and the therapist was trained and did a bit of myofascial stretching techniques. Never touched my stomach. Just lower back, arms, legs and feet. I have had cramps in my abdominal area since a few hours after the massage. Not sure if it’s cramps or stretching pains. Drinking a ton of water to flush out toxins, but is this pain normal?

Was there a specific point where all this became real for you all? I’m almost 6 weeks and have only had mild symptoms and wondering when it will finally hit for me.

Anyone else feeling particularly out of whack the pst week or2 ? I feel out of touch and out of control; inspired but unmotivated, drinking and smoking a lot of pot ; anxious but not worried, insomnia

How does Christians feel about therapy sessions? Should we be taking our problems to therapists and psychologists or should we take them to God and pray about it?

So i have adhd and really bad anxiety. Seeing a physchiatrist that will likely put me on anti anxiety meds.

Anyone had luck finding a good therapist who actually understands ADHD? Getting advice like "try taking a walk every day" and "practice these breathing exercises" is driving me crazy. I need actual solutions and shit, not just platitudes and internet worksheets.

Hi all, I just finished Day 10 of the Knopman Marks SIE prep course. I’m beginning to grow very worried. I feel like I’ve retained nothing as I have severe ADHD and watching the videos for 7 hours straight nearly I literally cannot focus that long. I just moved recently and day 1-4 were okay, but I’ve taken adderall for years by Rx and when I went to get my refill I was told I couldn’t get on since doc was out of state. So I had to solve that which took 4 days. I had mild-severe withdrawal sympt
