Is it worth applying in R3 to stern?

Denied from Darden R1. Waitlisted at a T15 and accepted at a T15 (lower ranking than waitlisted school). My gut says it’s not worth it since stern is technically a higher ranking than all I’ve applied to and R3 is going to be even more difficult to differentiate myself, but then again it seems Deloitte has a high admissions rate.

Thoughts? Deadline is 1/15 so I’d have to scramble everything together this week, which may be a challenge amongst year end prep

However, there is an opportunity to join Google Dublin as an Agency Development Manager (level 4) with strong salary, new challenges, different role and responsibilities etc. I HAVE A STRONG DOUBT about a trade off: is better to have a strong margin of growth and a good position or join Google with the above conditions?

Then a couple of typos in emails, the person micromanaging me told me to send out but I didn’t fix the errors. Failed to meet a deadline but completed 95%. I was written up over all this last week, fired this week. There’s a lot more to this but I think it’s because the DM doesn’t like me.
