Gold is crap. Platinum you’ll be on the hook for $150 ($550 annual fee - $200 Uber credits - $200 travel credit). This is only worth it if you travel a lot and are able to take advantage of the hotel statuses it provides (Hilton, Marriott, SPG gold).
You can google which credits cards will have the best return. If you will travel heavily I would use your own card and reap the points. In my experience the only thing a corporate card provided was some ease in time sheets. I was still responsible for the the bill until I was reimbursed.
LOVE my CSR and got about 10 people to sign up for it while the major bonus points deal first came out. Don't fret over the annual fee, if you travel with Uber/ eat with Seamless often, you'll reap the fees back. Also priority pass access to a lot of the airports around the world is a nice perk. Card also comps your Global Entry application. I've gotten at least one total flight completely covered by points each year.. and I don't even use the card for business travel.
Platinum also gives you access to fine hotels and resorts travel program - which upgrades your hotel and gives $100 credit every time you stay and sometimes other perks like free breakfast
Any of you have both the CSR and the Gold/ Platinum? Is it worth it?

Why not expense the travel to a personal card if possible and maximize your points?
I like the gold card. I’ve never gotten my $150 worth and then some. You can also pay for an Amex membership for your corporate card and collect the points for use on Amazon, etc. it’s $90. It’s never not been worth it for me.
Worth it to have both*
What is CSR?
@SD1 company policy- have to expense all biz travel on the AMEX. So I’m wondering if I already have the CSR for my personal, is it worth it to earn the points on AMEX without upgrading

Yes it is. Platinum also should have a great multiplier on travel rewards. Make sure you also have your airline programs lined up for your engagements. By the way, I flaunt the corporate expense policy and have only gotten meaningless notifications of it. Deloitte is probably more uptight of course. But yeah if you’re traveling for work a lot, get the platinum for lounge access alone. Also, you should see if your corporate travel program has airpass or another business travel program that will give you tons of upgrades
Platinum FHR is so worth it. Guaranteed 12pm check in, 4pm check out, room upgrade if available, and typically free breakfast for two and an additional amenity such as a spa credit or resort credit. Also worth it for car rental insurance and other global assistance. Centurion lounge access with the platinum card is great if they have one at any airports you frequent.
