I turned down a growth opportunity once because my current team respected my boundaries and my mental health was finally in a good place. I don't regret it at all. Career growth matters, but so does sustainability.

This! Weighing the pros and cons is such an important thing to do.
I would say it depends on your life situation at this point. If you want to grow then grow. There is nothing wrong with choosing to increase your options. If you are comfortable and the stability is more important in your life then stay where you are. I turned down a management position because my daughters were younger and I wanted time with them and the position that I was in gave them that time.

growth vs peace of mind - I would do it only if I could come back if it does not work out. Loving where you work is hard to find these days!

I’d say it really just depends on you and your preferences/goals for yourself. You’ve gotta weigh the options and see what fits the vision you have for yourself
