Looking for advice on Roth IRA:

Just realized that I have $15k in a Roth IRA that I’d forgotten about. Unfortunately, I’m now over the income limit for contribution. I’d prefer to keep this account as I like the flexibility I have and realized that this has made more gains than my 401k (%-wise).

What would you do in this situation? Keep the account and just keep investing with what’s there? Roll over to a traditional IRA? Use the back door Roth strategy knowing that may become illegal soon?

Question for career Project/Program Managers: is anything can be called a "project" and treated like one? Isn't a "project" defined as achieving a concrete outcome within certain timelines?
I am often staffed as PMO on engagements that aren't "projects" per se, just a collection of various day-to-day activities performed by people as part of their "regular" jobs. I am then asked to produce Project Plans, Risk/Issues logs, status updates, etc.
