Big 4 Interview Process when coming from a boutique firm? YOE, 4

Last year when Covid broke, I received a couple of interview calls but ignored them as I felt the organization kept me at work when other companies cut short their HR staff so I should be with them even if with no appraisal. But now, I was living in the fool's paradise when I am told to leave with no job offers in hand, car and home loan, dependent parents, expecting jobless spouse with a 3-year old kid.

How competitive is my profile? 3.5/750, ORM, will have 4 years B4 strategy consulting experience upon matriculation, ECs are okay, no special story. Looking for chances at non-HSW M7s.

Is it bad or is there a polite way to ask an agency to see their work when they haven’t updated their site for a few years, during an interview?

Morgan Stanley they said I initially I will have to work on existing applications and later move on to microservices project.. Both Benz and Zscaler are working on good tech stack.. Are any of these worth considering if they match what Morgan Stanley is offering?
