Is real estate accountant (or say Property Accountant) a great audit exit opportunity? I am currently a senior 1 in a local PA firm. Could this be a good audit exit opportunity move to industry? And what's the WLB being like in this industry? Pay is a bit better but not a big jump. (~10%)

The particular job I’m looking at has this on the listing and I’m curious as to what their budget actually is. Do I assume a range?

They’re seeking someone with 5-8 years experience. I have the latter (8 almost 9)

I started a position a month and a half ago at a large holding company. My manager left after 2 weeks of training me, and his replacement is likely going to be another senior accountant. I am so lost and don’t have the guidance I had signed up for. Is it bad to ask for an internal transfer to one of the brands instead?

Big4 has clear trajectory and interesting work.

F100 has 14% bonus, perm remote, and immediate vesting 401k over 7%.
