Is RSM FDD good compared to Big 4 and to regional firms?EY


Moving from Canada to the U.S. Have offers from a regional firm and from RSM. The process with RSM was smooth at first and then dragged on for a month over what I was told to expect. I was asked for 2 more interviews after being told to expect an offer, and I was offered M1 (I'm an M3 in Canada Big 4). I'm a lot less excited about joining RSM now and liked the national firm better, but I worry about exit ops from regional vs RSM.

The Job requirement says its Entry Level, but the experience it requires is always 6 year+... like how would a fresher match that.. should I've started coding at 6th grade or what?

I understand that it's a way of "SEO" in LinkedIn but it just discourages us freshies.

RSM has an Ownership presentation that's available to all managers and above. actually gives transparency about partner admittance process and compensation. other firms should follow suit if they don't (I was an SM at big 4 and could never find any info)
