Is specializing right away a mistake for a new grad? I’m getting a lot of pressure to jump into tax since I have a knack for details, but I’m worried it will make a pivot to something like FP&A or industry work impossible later. Does starting in a specific niche help, or does it just narrow your horizons too quickly?

Normally all of our production insurance is covered by liners but for some reason this shoot clients are asking to see our production insurance policy, which we don’t have. Is this something every agency should have? I’ve either had client or production cover so not 100% sure on this! US based company. Shoot is oversees.
