JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.

Damned if you do, damned if you don't. It's not like you're going to be talking through your code while on the job, and they know that. Sounds like they're being nit-picky just for the sake of it.
Still the gold standard for me. It's an essential skill for working in a team.
I think there are definitely limits to asking for feedback after an interview. Too communicative? Wasn’t that exactly the point of the interview?! Maybe you just needed pause here and there, or check in with them to be sure they’re still with you?
I had someone tell me that one of my interview responses was “too perfect”. That threw me off. I just threw that feedback away.
That’s interesting! I had the opposite experience. I applied to a role recently and during my interview, I was actually not asked anything technical and was told this was particularly about communication (applied to a consulting position) in which I catered to stakeholder communication. Then I get a rejection letter stating that I “lacked technical depth.” …
Talking through is a great way to realize where you need to add notation so tinkering hands in the future don't break all the things.

Still explain it. I think that’s the gold standard for most, and if the person doesn’t like it, they are the exception not the rule.

That’s new to me. I was told to always explain what you’re doing and I always did that. Have never gotten or heard someone got this feedback before. WTH is going on man…. What company was that?
